Already have a Betvis account but not sure how to log in? No need to worry – the process takes just a few seconds.
To log in to Betvis, click the "Login" button at the top right of the website, or go to the login screen on the mobile app. Then enter the mobile number or email you registered with, along with your password. That's all it takes.
Sign In with Mobile Number
Most Betvis members in Bangladesh sign in with their mobile number — it's simply the easiest way. Enter the number you registered with and your password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it via OTP.
Login with OTP
If you've forgotten your password or just want quick access without one, use the OTP option. Enter your mobile number and a 6-digit code will be sent to you via SMS. Enter the code to go straight into your account. Each code is unique and expires within 5 minutes if unused.
What to Do If You Have Login Issues
Minor issues like forgetting your password or not receiving an OTP can happen to anyone. There's no need to worry when they do.
- If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link. A reset OTP will be sent to your mobile or a reset link to your email.
- If you don't receive the OTP, wait 30 seconds and click the "Resend" button.
- If your account gets locked, contact our support team — they'll identify the reason and help you resolve it.
- Clearing your browser cache can resolve certain login issues.
Logging in on the mobile app: Log in to the Betvis app once and you'll be signed in automatically next time. You can also use fingerprint or Face ID for quick access.
How to Keep Your Account Secure
After signing in to Betvis, take a moment to look after your account security. A strong password and a few simple habits are all it takes to keep your account safe.
- Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters in your password — for example, Abc@1234.
- Never share your password with anyone — not even someone you trust.
- Keep 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled — you'll find this option in your account settings.
- If you log in on a public or shared device, always make sure to log out when you're done.
- Make it a habit to change your password once every 3 months.
Phishing Alert: Betvis will never ask for your password or OTP via email or SMS. If anyone contacts you claiming to be Betvis and asks for your password, it's a scam. Report it to our support team immediately.
Accessing Betvis Across Different Devices
One great thing about Betvis is that you can access the same account from any device. Play on your computer at home, then switch to your mobile when you're out — one account, one balance, everywhere.
- Desktop browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are all supported.
- Mobile browser: Access Betvis directly through your phone's browser.
- Android App: Download the Betvis app and log in.
- IOS: Works on iPhone or iPad – use the browser or the app, whichever you prefer.
